Riding and Driving Annual Benefit

Description

Tucked away atop the rolling hills above Sewickley is the Sewickley Heights History Center with its expansive view of the lavish summer homes built at the turn of the 20th century by industrialists such as Oliver, Jones, Heinz, and Snyder. A colorful mural honoring the people and places that are Sewickley Heights icons is a backdrop for antique cars, carriages, and photos. It tells of a time when summers were spent at garden parties or jumping thoroughbreds. Nature trails are open to the public year round. Contact the Center for information on the annual Riding and Driving Benefit featuring music and equestrian shows, and upcoming events.
